SO important to be intentional about staying informed and connected! Working remotely, whether from home or at a satellite office or even not standard hours can (and likely will) impact your knowledge of processes, work flow and standards. They will change and you won't know about it. When it happened to me, I arranged to spend a day at the mother ship to make sure I was up to speed. It's up to you to make sure you are plugged in.
